Being sick is probably the worst feeling ever, and to have fever for two days, man, IT SUCKS! (ToT) Those tormenting forty-eight hours of being on bed, resting, DOING NOTHING (Can't even go online 'coz my mom thinks it'll be bad for me for some reason), is just too much to take. That painful feeling that hurts inside you mixed with boredom is just a total package of SEVERE TORTURE for me. I don't think anyone would enjoy lying down on your bed for two days just staring at that blank ceiling.
So after 2 days of being sick, I was finally starting to feel okay (but not a hundred percent because I was still feeling a little weak and groggy). As we were talking during lunch that day, my mom noticed some rashes on my face (I did'nt even notice them until then). My face was a little reddish. She also checked my body if it had some, and IT DID! We both got scared so we decided to see a doctor immediatley. My mind was filled with scary thoughts. I was thinking of the worst-case-scenarios that might happen to me. I was so scared..
Walking in that hospital was freakishly weird. There is something about the ambiance of that building that just creeps me out. (O.O) Til the doctor had to see me and suggested that I should undergo a test to see if I have "Dengue"(If you don't know what it is, GOOGLE it). They had to take blood from me to check if I have one. It was freaky. As you guys may know, hundreds of people have died here in Philippines already because of that dengue. When the nurse was about to inject that needle on my skin, I was singing "Try a Little Tenderness" at the back of my head just for me to not be aware that she's already taking my blood. LOL. Couldn't pick a more perfect song for that occasion.
So the results went out and.. NEGATIVE! I was so happy that I won't die. LOL. The doctor said it was just an ordinary fever with a bit of cold and tonsillitis. So yeah.. I've been taking Antibiotics, but surprisingly, due to the reaction of my body, I JUST FOUND OUT THAT I AM FREAKING ALLERGIC TO ANTIBIOTICS. I'm in SEVERE itching right now. That's probably what the rashes were, but I was wondering why they weren't itching before. Eughhhhh~ ToT
